All claims MUST BE MADE ON THE CORRECT FORM and a NSW Record Notification Form MUST accompany claim i.e:
- A world record claim must be made on the IGFA World Record Application form contained in the IGFA Rules and Record Book.

An Australian Record claim must be made on the GFAA Australian Record
Application contained in the GFAA Records and Rule Book and can be
downloaded from GFAA website.
- A NSW Record claim must be made on the NSW Record Claim form which can be downloaded from this site.
- NSW Record Notification form books are available from NSWGFA Secretary at a cost of $16.50 (including GST).
- All record claims must be forwarded to the RECORDCLAIMS OFFICER via the angler’s Club Secretary within two (2) months of capture.

Advice to Anglers wishing to make a NSW or GFAA Record Claim
If you have captured a fish you think may be a record, contact one of
your own Club Officials and make your claim to NSWGFA through your Club.
